Whether you travel a lot for business or pleasure, having a credit card that helps you score free hotel nights can help you save every time you take a trip.

Hotel credit cards are unique among travel credit cards. In addition to offering points with every purchase you make, many of them also provide other perks specific to that hotel brand. If you’re considering getting a card that can help you rack up hotel points, here are our top choices.

1. Marriott Bonvoy Business® American Express® Card

2. Marriott Rewards® Premier Plus Business Credit Card

While Marriott International and Starwood Hotels have merged, you still have the choice between the two brands’ flagship business credit cards.

The Marriott Rewards® Premier Plus Business Credit Card is similar to the SPG card, but with a few distinctions. The card offers a sign-up bonus of 75,000 points after you spend $3,000 in the first three months.

For everyday business expenses, you’ll earn 6 points per dollar at participating Marriott and SPG hotels, 4 points per dollar on gas station, restaurant, shipping, internet, and cable and phone service purchases, and 2 points per dollar on everything else.

One big difference between the two cards is that the Marriott Rewards® Premier Plus Business Credit Card’s $99 annual fee isn’t waived the first year. Here are some other details to know:

4. Radisson Rewards™ Business Visa® Card

Radisson Rewards points aren’t worth a lot —  but to make up for that, the Radisson Rewards™ Business Visa® Card offers several opportunities to earn free nights.

For starters, you’ll earn 50,000 points after your first purchase with the card, plus another 35,000 points after you spend $2,500 in the first three months. You’ll also get 10 points per dollar spent at participating Radisson Family of Hotels properties and 5 points per dollar everywhere else.

It doesn’t end there, though. Each year, you’ll receive 40,000 bonus points after you renew your card and pay the card’s $60 annual fee. If you haven’t already done the math in your head, 40,000 points are worth roughly $160, making the card instantly worth its cost.

If all that isn’t enough, here are some other highlights:

How to pick the right business hotel credit card

You can get a lot of value out of these credit cards, but it typically doesn’t make sense to get all of them. If you’re considering getting one, the most important thing to consider is whether you’re loyal to one brand.

If you are, it’s usually best to get that brand’s credit card. Not only will it be easier to rack up rewards, but you’ll also get special benefits every time you travel and stay at those hotels.

As you consider each card, think about your preferences and your travel goals. Also, keep in mind that all of these cards require that you have at least good personal credit to get approved.
