Every business credit score is different. Each bureau (Experian, Dun & Bradstreet, and Equifax) uses its own scoring system, with no consistent standard across the board — talk about confusing.
At Nav, we’re here to help you make sense of it all. We dug through hundreds of pages of credit bureau explanations and even talked to the bureaus on the phone to get you the answers you need to take your business credit to the heights you dream of.
The end result is fully redesigned business credit reports that help you not just view your credit scores, but truly understand what’s behind them and how to take action to improve and grow. This is just the start — talk to us so we can keep making them better!
Now let’s talk about how to use your new reports.
Introducing the upgraded business credit reports
We’re excited to roll out our redesigned credit experience from Experian, Dun & Bradstreet, and Equifax — available to all Nav Prime customers. You can now get:
- Deeper insights into what’s influencing your scores
- Personalized recommendations on how to improve them
- An intuitive layout that makes it easier to take action, not just take notes
Helpful hint: Make sure your business is connected to all three bureaus in your Nav account.
What you'll find in your business credit reports
Once connected, head to the Credit Health section in your Nav dashboard. There, you’ll find your credit reports where you can view:
- Your scores from Experian, D&B, and Equifax — and how they have changed over time
- Key factors like tradelines, public records, and days beyond terms that impact your score
- A personalized “What to focus on” section to help improve your score
- Your public business profile — which is important to confirm that it’s accurate and up to date
Now let's make sure you're all set up.
Step 1: Connect to the bureaus
Before you can view your detailed credit reports, your business needs to be connected to each of the credit bureaus. Otherwise, we can’t pull your credit profile or provide you with insights.

Step 2: Navigate the new experience
Understanding what you're seeing is just as important as the data you're getting. That’s why we’ve created videos that walk you through the information you'll find with each bureau and how to apply it to your business goals:
Connect to your Experian report
Connect to your D&B summary
Connect to your Equifax report
These guides will help you identify actionable steps to strengthen your credit and support long-term growth. If you still have trouble, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team at support@nav.com.
