Nav Technologies, Inc., (“we” or “us”) wants you to be familiar with what information we collect about you, how the information is being used and what choices you have regarding the collection and use of the information. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes our practices in connection with information that we collect through our websites (collectively, the “Sites”), our mobile applications (collectively, the “Apps”), HTML-formatted email messages that we send to you that link to this Policy or other communications with you, and offline business interactions you have with us. If you are based in the United States, Nav may use Plaid, Inc. (“Plaid”) to connect your Nav account with your bank account, verify your bank account and confirm your bank account balance prior to approving a transaction. Information shared with Plaid is treated by Plaid in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://plaid.com/legal/#end-user-privacy-policy.
HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION COLLECTED?

We control and operate the Services from the United States, and the Services are not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States. A SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING INDIVIDUALS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. We request that individuals under 18 not provide personal information through the Services.
